When you receive an initial communication to let you know that the delivery will be within 2 days so, it is at this point you can update your preferences (e.g., delivery address or change the delivery date) via the directions detailed in the email. If you change your preferences for delivery on the day delivery is originally scheduled, this may result in a delayed delivery.
Please note, your address will not automatically appear when you receive the message to update your preferences. Select either the Track your Parcel or Set My Preferences button, the parcel number will then prepopulate, and you will then need to enter a delivery post code to continue.
You won’t be able to continue unless the post code is correct, in doing so you will know which address your delivery is going to.
We recommend downloading the Yodel app as you will receive notifications about your delivery, and you may find it easier to manage the options to update your preferences through this app. Download the app via Apple App Store or Android Play Store.
