Where possible, it is our intention to give volunteers their Games time accreditation at Venue Specific Training. We ask volunteers to bring with them, the same photo ID used when completing their interview so that we can action this.  

Where it is not possible to distribute your accreditation, we will make the necessary arrangements to make sure you receive this at another point prior to Games time or at the beginning of your initial shift, so please look out for further communications from us. Please be reassured that if alternative rearrangements are made, it will not affect you attending your first shift on your roster and these arrangements will be communicated to you in advance e.g., collecting accreditation on venue
