Yes. Delivery drivers or service providers trying to drive through Vehicle Permit Check Points may need to provide proof of manifest/order confirmation to the address they are travelling to, along with their personal company ID. There are a small number of roads where deliveries cannot be made at certain times – those impacted residents will be informed directly.
