Essential visitors, such as non-registered carers, will still be able to access the area. To minimise delays we recommend that residents (or the carer on the resident’s behalf) apply for a permit and give this permit to the carer. Permits will need to be applied for from the address the visitor is attending. If you are expecting visitors, please make them aware of the restrictions.
