The B-Smart site has been “curated” so that subjects we think might be of most value to our workforce are highlighted on the splash pages, making it easier to get the content that might be of most relevance to you. However, you still have access to every part of OpenLearn when accessing via B-Smart. The highlighted subjects are Sport, Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Mental Health and Customer Service.
