You can download a PDF list of all your shifts or add them to your calendar (via Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars)  

To add your shifts to your calendar please follow the steps below: 

• Log into your volunteer portal
• Select 'Venue Schedule' from the menu on the left-hand side  
• Under ‘Upcoming’ click ‘View event’
• Under the section ‘My shifts’ you will see your listed shifts
• Click on the purple ‘information’ button against the shift you want to add to your calendar
• Select ‘Add to Calendar’ and confirm the type of calendar you wish to add to e.g., Google, Apple, or Outlook.

Birmingham 2022 is striving to be the most sustainable games, so we would encourage volunteers to avoid printing their shifts where possible. However, should you need to download a full list of your shifts, please follow the steps below: 

• Log into your volunteer portal
• Select 'Venue Schedule' from the menu on the left-hand side  
• Under ‘Upcoming’ click ‘View event’
• Under the section ‘My shifts’ you will see the download icon to the right-hand side of this bar.
• A pop-up box will appear where you can select the date range of shifts you want to download. Once you have selected the dates, click ‘Download’ and the PDF will begin preparing.
