You can view your shifts by following the steps below:  

• Log in to your volunteer portal here [hyperlink https://workforce.birmingham2022.com/portal/dashboard ]
• Once logged in, your portal homepage will automatically display the first ten shifts allocated to you underneath ‘upcoming sessions.’
• To view all your shifts, select 'Venue Schedule' from the menu on the left-hand side and select ‘view event.’ Please note, if you have multiple venues as part of your role, these will be displayed in a different box (events) on this page. You will need to review and accept them all individually.  
• Next to each shift, you will see the grey ‘pending’ Click on this button and select either ’confirm’ or ‘reject’ from the drop-down options.

If, in an exceptional circumstance there is a shift you are unable to accept, we have enabled you to decline and view other available shifts. To select and book a replacement shift please follow these steps:  

• Select 'Venue Schedule' from the menu on the left-hand side 
• Click the ‘book now’ button on the event. 
• Under the section 'available shifts', click 'select' on the shift(s) you want to add  
• Confirm your selections at the top of the page under 'My selections' by clicking purple 'book' button
• These additional shifts will appear as 'pending' in your 'my shifts' or 'current shifts' list, please click on the drop-down arrow and select to 'confirm'.
