The traffic management arrangements will be broadly similar to those that are usually put in place for major match-day events at Edgbaston Stadium. The main differences are:

• The location of the bus drop-off area, which is usually located on land between Pershore Road and Edgbaston Stadium. This land is currently being redeveloped so is temporarily unavailable for spectator shuttle bus operations. Alternative options have been explored and Speedwell Road is proposed to be used for spectator shuttle bus operations, accessed via Balsall Heath Road and Alexandra Road. This will require the temporary removal of bollards on Speedwell Road. Alexandra Road and Speedwell Road will be made one way and temporary parking restrictions will be put in place. Residents will be notified in advance of any restrictions.

• On competition days the eastbound carriageway (towards Moseley village) of Edgbaston Road will be closed for security purposes, from 9am to 11pm. The westbound carriageway of Edgbaston Road (towards Pershore Road) will be temporarily closed during access and egress of the events (i.e., when spectators are arriving and departing from Edgbaston Stadium) but will be open at all other times.
