On event days these properties will be accessible via Edgbaston Road (westbound), except during ingress and egress of events. During ingress and egress of events at Edgbaston Stadium, an alternative vehicular access will be available via Pershore Road and to the rear of Cannon Hill Park (past the Wildlife Conservation Centre), although this will not be available on marathon day.
