If, in exceptional circumstances there is a shift you are unable to accept, we have enabled you to decline and view other available shifts. To select and book a replacement shift please follow these steps:
- Select 'Venue Schedule' from the menu on the left-hand side
- Click the ‘book now’ button on the event.
- Under the section 'available shifts', click 'select' on the shift(s) you want to add
- Confirm your selections at the top of the page under 'My selections' by clicking purple 'book' button
- These additional shifts will appear as 'pending' in your 'my shifts' or 'current shifts' list, please click on the drop-down arrow and select to 'confirm'.
