Birmingham 2022 has been recruiting volunteers to support the Games. They launched the search for volunteers back in June 2021 and applications closed in August 2021. 41,000 people applied and around 25,000 were invited for interviews. 14,000 volunteers have now been selected and some will be working on the Road Race.
