The uniform has been designed with features to offer flexibility such as a drawstring waist on the rain jacket along with an adjustable belt and we encourage you try these solutions.
In extenuating circumstances where the size of the uniform physically prohibits you from carrying out your role appropriately, we will work with you to look at other options.
All remaining stock for volunteers located at a West Midlands venue will be centrally held at the UAC. Should you wish to explore changing your uniform size, you have not received your uniform, or if you were missing an item as part of your original package, please visit the UAC during the times shared below where we will be happy to help.
Birmingham 2022 Uniform and Accreditation Centre
Opening times: Monday – Saturday*, 10 – 6pm
*Additional dates added on Sunday 31st July and Sunday 7th August, same times apply)
Due to the scale of operations for uniform collection, the Uniform and Accreditation Centre can experience very busy periods. Please bear with us when visiting, and we look forward to seeing you soon. Please note if you are visiting just for the uniform department, and not for accreditation purposes, please go straight to the Uniform floor.
For volunteers based at London venues, there will be a stock of uniform at your venue to make necessary uniform size changes, or account for missing / damaged items.
Please note we will not be exchanging items due to personal preference.
