Entrance and check-in at the training venue is on the ground floor of the building. However, training rooms are located on upper levels of the venue. Lifts will be in operation to ensure anyone can access their training room.

There will also be a spending area available for guide dogs and facilities to provide them with water. Please ask a staff member to show you to the guide dog spending area.
