An Athlete Host is a crucial backstage role assisting in the smooth running of the most important part of the show – the Athlete’s Parade. Whilst this is not a performance role and you will not appear on stage in the Ceremony, Athlete Hosts will be work closely with athletes from across the Commonwealth, welcoming them, and marshalling their backstage movements before they enter the Stadium.
