Choir members will not receive free tickets to any of the Birmingham 2022 events. Choir members are welcome to apply for tickets, but if your choir is offered and accepts a role in the Ceremonies, this should always take priority over attending a sporting session.

Depending on the length of the rehearsal session, food and refreshments may be provided. Details of special dietary requirements will be requested later if your choir is selected to take part.

No accommodation will be provided. All choir members are responsible for arranging, and paying for, any accommodation they may require attending rehearsals and the ceremonies themselves. You can find lots of useful information, including accommodation details, through www.visitbirmingham.com.

Choir members will receive free public transport on West Midlands trains, buses and trams when travelling to and from Ceremonies venues for rehearsals and for the Ceremonies themselves. Choir members will not be reimbursed for the cost of using a private car or any other mode of transport.

Birmingham Ceremonies is unable to provide childcare for volunteers.
