We are confident that Birmingham 2022 will take place. We are ever mindful of the challenging and unpredictable times. We will continue to monitor the evolving global situation, work with leading public health experts, and learn from other major UK and international events that will take place before Birmingham 2022.

The safety of everyone involved in Birmingham 2022, including all performers, is our number one priority.

We’ll be following UK Government guidance at all times to ensure that all of our face-to-face interactions, whether that be at auditions, rehearsals or the Ceremonies themselves, will be COVID secure. This will include providing hand sanitation stations at all Ceremonies locations, and enforcing mask wearing and social distancing in accordance with the guidance at the time.
