The Birmingham 2022 nomination process is for Batonbearers who live or work in England. The Relay will travel through England for 25 days in total as the host nation.

Scotland and Wales will host the Relay for five days each and Northern Ireland for four days. The Commonwealth Games Associations in each nation will make further announcements about the route and Batonbearers later this year.
