The enabling works are for an initial 4-week period commencing on 1 November 2021 and will
progress straight into the main construction works in December. The works consist of erection of
construction boundary fencing and preparations to enable the main construction works to
commence. This also includes tree protection and any surveys required prior to removal of 5
trees, removal of the children’s play area, repurposing of the car park and commencement of
topsoil removal.
