The Alexander Stadium Redevelopment project is building the ‘legacy’ Stadium, which is the
Stadium that will be in place after the Commonwealth Games. The Transport Malls form part of
Birmingham 2022’s ‘overlay works’ which are the additional elements required to deliver the
Commonwealth Games at the Alexander Stadium. McLaughlin & Harvey will be constructing the
Transport Malls on behalf of Birmingham 2022.
