The photograph should be a passport style photo, head and shoulders only with a neutral expression.  Please no filters, props or poses! The file is a max 2mb size and needs to be in a .jpg, .gif, .png, .jpeg or .tif format. 

To amend the photograph please follow the below steps - there should be a 'remove' button to the right hand side where you uploaded your photo. 

• Log into the portal
• Click on ‘Notifications’ on the left hand side
• Click on the Notification ‘Complete Application’
• Click on the ‘Complete Application’ button
• Make the amends
• Go through to the end and click ‘Save’
